Follow my simple plan and say goodbye to any unwanted body fat for good!
Food & Drink
-
Start your day with a freshly squeezed lemon in warm water
-
A bowl of high fibre low sugar breakfast cereal - skimmed or semi milk
-
Mid-morning – Piece of fruit
-
Lunch – Pasta, Jacket Potato or Rice with Protein (meat, fish, pulses)
-
Snack – Table spoon of mixed nuts
-
Dinner – Protein with Veg or Salad (no bread, pasta, rice, potato)
-
Drink 2-3ltres of water a day
-
Avoid – Alcohol / simple sugars / saturated fat
Your workouts should include:
-
At least 15-25mins Cardio Vascular (75-90% MHR)
-
10-15mins free weights and/or weight bearing exercises (8-12reps / compound exercises)
-
15-25mins fat burning (65-70% MHR)
-
At least 5mins of stretching
-
Protein shake within 30mins of your workout (you can find it at your local health food store)
-
For best results 3-4 workouts per week
The fat will drop off and more importantly you will be fitter, stronger, faster, lighter, more flexible, more relaxed, more positive, and happier!!!
